Troy Wright
Troy Wright currently serves as Field Superintendent and is a Managing Member. Troy was born and raised in Alamogordo, NM and started working for General Hydronics, Inc. in 2002. Troy has experience in all aspects of the trade to include Utilities, Plumbing, Hydronic Piping, and Medical Gas.
Troy and his family are involved in many community activities in Alamogordo. They are members of Bethel Baptist Church, grow and sell various produce at the local Farmers Market and have kids heavily involved in the local US Kids Jr. PGA Tour.
Troy holds the following license: GS-08, GF-09 and NM Journeyman Plumber.

Dusty Wright
Dusty Wright currently serves as Project Manager and is a Managing Member. Dusty was born and raised in Alamogordo, NM and started working for General Hydronics, Inc. in 2005. He has experience in all aspects of the trade to include: Utilities, Plumbing, Hydronic Piping, and Medical Gas.
Dusty served as president of the Building Contractors Association of Otero County in 2016. He is involved in many community organizations in Alamogordo to include operating a local volunteer youth baseball league, as well as numerous other community development projects.
Dusty holds the following license: MM-98, GB-98 and NM Journeyman Plumber, he is also certified in medical gas.

Shannan T. Wright
Shannan T. Wright is originally from Minnesota. In the early 1980's Shannan, newly enlisted in the military, was relocated to Holloman Air Force Base near Alamogordo. Finding himself with some extra time on his hands, he found a second job doing construction work for Polson & Grady. In 1986, Mr. Grady (of Polson & Grady) founded General Hydronics, Inc. Shannan is active in local business groups, his church, and with Holloman AFB and currently serves a Chamber of Commerce Board Member. Shannan has a history of coaching local youth sports teams and helping with community improvement projects. Shannan is now enjoying the retired life with his beautiful wife, Tammi!

General Hydronics, Inc. was established in 1984 in Alamogordo, NM. General Hydronics Plumbing, LLC. branched off and was established as its own entity in 2016. We are a third generation company that is owned and operated by Troy and Dusty Wright. We currently hold the GB-98, MM-98, GF09, and GS08, JPG, NM Construction licenses and we are certified in Medical Gas and Liquid Petroleum.
We employ over 40 full-time employees that are trained in the plumbing and mechanical contracting field. We have nine professional, experienced licensed NM Journeyman Plumbers on our team. GHP not only has the ability and equipment to perform commercial and residential plumbing & mechanical contracting projects, we are also qualified in many other construction related areas.
General Hydronics Plumbing, LLC. is the plumbing division of Polson & Grady, Ltd. The P&G gang regularly teams together to perform complete mechanical, electrical, & plumbing (MEP) services. Our “sister” companies are Southwest Air Systems, Inc. and Zuni Electric, Inc. Polson & Grady can also provide utility & concrete services through General Hydronics-Utilities, LLC & General Hydronics-Concrete, LLC.
We are members of Building Contractors Association of Otero County and the Chamber of Commerce. GHP was also named the recipient of the Building Contractors Association Contractor of the Year award in 2016.
Since GHP's inception, we have completed numerous projects for the Government, Military, Local Schools, Hospitals, Banks, Churches, and numerous Commercial Enterprises. Our family owned business serves communities in Southern New Mexico including Alamogordo, Holloman Air Force Base, Tularosa, Cloudcroft and Ruidoso with our Major projects often take us beyond Otero County. Our professionally licensed and insured staff can tackle any project. Our focus on delivering customer satisfaction is built on our team of principled leaders and foreman who have an average of 17 years of service with our company.
